This seminar conforms to Best Practice Guidelines laid out by The Kennel Club. Its aim is to educate individuals interested in the Welsh Springer Spaniel breed, whether they are exhibitors, aspiring judges or breeders.

Any WSS enthusiast is welcome to come along to the morning session and lunch only - the talk will be presented by Jan Janes (Coedybrain) and Tim Harrison (Glenbrows) both experienced judges and breeders. It will provide very useful information to those who are new to the breed and showing, as it will give an in-depth appreciation of what a judge will be looking for in the showring.

After the talk and demonstration candidates who qualify may choose to sit a Multiple-choice Breed Standard Exam and potentially obtain a pass certificate that may be used as part of the criteria to progress to Level 2.

Places are limited and applicants following a Judges’ Education Programme will be given precedence. Please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for more information.
