Gareth Evans – Sad News           

The Club was extremely saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Gareth Evans, an active Club Member who owned and showed Typica Red Kite - Dewi ( mostly handled by his breeder Jan Rees). 

Gareth enjoyed Dewi’s career immensely and was particularly proud when Dewi won the CC under judge Julie Exhall at Gundog Society of Wales in 2014 with the whole family looking on.

Gareth thoroughly enjoyed attending the shows and rarely missed the Club walks meeting up with many friends.

Funeral details are Thursday 28th August, 12.30. Trealaw Cemetery, Porth, Rhondda Cynon Taff, CF40 2UG. 

Our sincere condolences are sent to Gareth’s family at this extremely sad time. 

Gareth will be greatly missed by all who knew him in the Welsh Springer Spaniel community.
